User
User accounts in the Integrated Logistics Solutions (ILS) application are designed to manage and control access to various features and functionalities based on roles and permissions. Each user account is associated with a specific role or combination of roles, which determine the actions they can perform within the application.
Key features of user accounts include:
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Users are assigned roles that define their access and permissions.
- Authentication: Secure login ensures only authorized users can access the application.
- Customizable Permissions: Administrators can configure permissions at a granular level, tailoring access for specific user needs.
- Activity Tracking: User actions within the application are logged for security and auditing purposes.
Users with the following roles can create, update, or deactivate user accounts as needed, ensuring a flexible and secure user management system.
- ILS Admin - Can create, update, or deactivate user accounts for any Company and any Customer.
- ILS Company Admin - Can create, update, or deactivate user accounts for the assosiated Company and any Customer associated with the company.
- ILS Customer Admin - Can create, update, or deactivate user accounts for the assosiated Customer.
Add User
- Login into ILS Web Portal.
- Navigate to the Users page.
- To add user, Click New icon.
- Enter the required details.
- Click Save.

| Customer/Employee | The type of the user account. Customer account corresponds to the selected customer. Employee account corresponds to company and has access to switch customer context. | |
| First Name | The first name of the user. | |
| Last Name | The last name of the user. | |
| Username/Email | The username or email address for the user. | |
| Password | Password for the user. Your password must be 8-20 characters long, contain letters and numbers, contain upper amd lowercase, special characters,non-dictionary words and must not contain spaces. | |
| Confirm Password | Re-enter the password to confirm match. | |
| Customer | Select the customer to associate the user account. This is only required for the Customer type acccounts. | |
| Roles | Select the roles to provide required access for the user account. One or more roles can be associated with the user. | |
| Warehouse Group | Select the warehouse group to provide access to the user account. One or more warehouse groups can be associated with the user. | |
| Warehouse | Select the warehouse to provide access to the user account. One or more warehouses can be associated with the user. | |
| Default Page | Select the default page for the user. | |
| Default Printer | Select the default printer for the user. Allowed values are: Print Direct and xPDF. Default value: xPDF |

Edit User
- Login into ILS Web Portal.
- Navigate to the Users page.
- To edit user information, Click Edit icon from the corresponding record.
- Edit the information as needed.
- Click Save.
Clone User
- Login into ILS Web Portal.
- Navigate to the Users page.
- To clone user, Click Clone icon from the corresponding record.
- Edit the information as needed.
- Click Save.
Delete User
- Login into ILS Web Portal.
- Navigate to the Users page.
- To delete user, Click delete icon from the corresponding record.
