Customer Email Tasks

Integrated Logistics Solutions (ILS) provides the following predefined Email reports which customer can subscriber by creating customer email tasks. There are two ways to add, edit, or delete customer email tasks in Integrated Logistics Solutions (ILS).

Add Customer Email Task

  1. Login into ILS Web Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Customer Email Tasks page.
  3. To add customer, Click New icon.
  4. Enter the required details.
  5. Click Save.
Field Required Description
Customer Select the customer you wish to setup the email task. You could select single customer for all customer for the company.
Task Title The title of the email task.
Task Type Select the task type from available tasks list.
  • API Audit - ILS Api audit report.
  • CHOLD Aging - Outbound order cancel hold aging report.
  • Customer Balance - Customer account balance report.
  • Inbound Rcvd CNT Pickup - Inbound Received Container Pickup report.
  • Inbound Serial Cross Check - Inbound Serial Cross Check report.
  • InOut Report - Inventory In and Out report.
  • Inventory Adjustment Request - Inventory adjustment requests report.
  • Inventory Adjustment Request - Inventory adjustment requests report.
  • Inventory Aging - Inventory aging report.
  • Inventory Pivot - Inventory pivot report by warehouse.
  • Inventory Report - Inventory report.
  • OnHand By ProductType - Onhand inventory by product type report.
  • Out Of Stock Outbound - Outof stock outbound orders report.
  • Posting Goods Log - Posting Goods Log report.
  • Return - Return orders report.
  • Return Approval - Return order pending approval report.
  • Return Inventory - Return inventory report.
  • Safety Stock Alert - Safety Stock Alert report.
  • SAP - SAP report.
  • Scan Exception Alert - Scan Exception Alert report.
  • Scan FIFO Exception Alert - Scan FIFO Exception Alert report.
  • Shipment - Shipment report.
  • Shipment Tracking - Shipment Tracking report.
  • Shipped Status Discrepancy - Shipped Status Discrepancy report.
  • SQty > OQty - Orders which has shipping quantity greater than order quantity.
  • Storage Fee - Storage Fee report.
  • TMSCostBreakdown Missing - TMS Cost Breakdown Missing orders report.
Warehouses Select the warehouses to run the email task. Nothing selected from the list will ended up running report for all warehouses for the customer.
SalesChannels Select the sales channels to run the email task. Nothing selected from the list will ended up running report for all sales channels for the customer.
OutboundChannel Select the outbound channel to run the email task. Allowed values are: All, Parcel, Bulk, ADF and Dropship.
Email List Email addresses to send the report. Multiple emails can be configured with ; seperated. example: test@ils.com;sample@ils.com
Is Active Whether the task is active or not.
Data in Email Body Whether to send the report data in email body or as an attachment.
Period Select the report interval for the task. Allowed values are: Daily, Weekly and Monthly. Default value: Daily.

Edit Customer Email Task

  1. Login into ILS Web Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Customer Email Task page.
  3. To edit customer email task details, Click Edit icon from the corresponding record.
  4. Edit the information as needed.
  5. Click Save.

Delete Customer Email Task

  1. Login into ILS Web Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Customer Email Task page.
  3. To delete customer email task, Click delete icon from the corresponding record.
