Warehouse External Maps

The Warehouse External Maps feature allows businesses to configure external warehouses into Integrated Logistics Solutions (ILS) to streamlined operations and efficient inventory management. This feature is ideal for businesses with a network of warehouses, helping to improve scalability and operational efficiency.

As an ILS administrator or company administrator or warehouse administrator, you can add, edit, or delete warehouse external maps using Warehouse External Maps.

Add Warehouse External Map

1. Login into ILS Web Portal.
2. Navigate to the Warehouse External Maps page.
3. To add warehouse external map, Click New icon.
4. Enter the required details.
5. Click Save.

Field	Required	Description
Customer		Select the customer to configure external code.
Warehouse		Select the warehouse to configure external code.
Store Type		Select the store type to cofigure external code.
External Code		External application code for the warehouse. This will be used for order import and inventory sync.

Edit Warehouse External Map

1. Login into ILS Web Portal.
2. Navigate to the Warehouse External Maps page.
3. To edit warehouse external map, Click Edit icon from the corresponding record.
4. Edit the information as needed.
5. Click Save.

Delete Warehouse External Map

1. Login into ILS Web Portal.
2. Navigate to the Warehouse External Maps page.
3. To delete warehouse external map record, Click delete icon from the corresponding record.
