Warehouse Groups

The Warehouse Groups feature allows businesses to organize multiple warehouses into logical groups for streamlined operations and efficient inventory management. By grouping warehouses, users can simplify processes such as order fulfillment, stock allocation, and reporting across multiple locations. This feature is ideal for businesses with a network of warehouses, helping to improve scalability and operational efficiency.

As an ILS administrator or company administrator, you can add, edit, or delete warehouse groups using Warehouse Groups.

Add Warehouse Group

1. Login into ILS Web Portal.
2. Navigate to the Warehouse Groups page.
3. To add warehouse group, Click New icon.
4. Enter the required details.
5. Click Save.

Field	Required	Description
Name		The name of the warehouse group.
Chinese Name		The localized name of the warehouse group.
Warehouses		Select the warehouses to add it to the group.

Edit Warehouse Group

1. Login into ILS Web Portal.
2. Navigate to the Warehouse Groups page.
3. To edit warehouse group, Click Edit icon from the corresponding record.
4. Edit the information as needed.
5. Click Save.

Clone Warehouse Group

1. Login into ILS Web Portal.
2. Navigate to the Warehouse Groups page.
3. To clone warehouse group, Click Clone icon from the corresponding record.
4. Edit the information as needed.
5. Click Save.

Delete Warehouse Group

1. Login into ILS Web Portal.
2. Navigate to the Warehouse Groups page.
3. To delete warehouse group record, Click delete icon from the corresponding record.
